SHIPPING POLICIES:

  • Shipping prices apply only to the continental United States. Unless the item is small, shipping to AK, HI, GU, PR, or other non-contiguous US will incur additional fees. International shipping will have an international shipping rate, please contact us for a quote.

  • Items shipped by freight MUST be shipped to a business with a dock or forklift; otherwise liftgate and/or residential delivery fees may apply. Please be sure to include your BUSINESS ADDRESS with the payment if purchasing LARGE FREIGHT ITEMS.

  • Most items ship the same day if ordered by 12pm CST. Processing time for small and medium items is 1 business day, 2 business days for oversized items or freight shipments (Hoods, Door shells, Engines, Transmissions etc.)

  • Any international customs fees must be paid by customer. International shipments may be subject to Import Tax and Duty Charges, which is the BUYERS responsibility.

  • To pass our shipping savings onto you, we may alternate between FedEx, USPS or UPS depending on which is most affordable and/or faster.

  • You are welcome to pick up your item at our warehouse location - please contact us for the address.

RETURN POLICY:

  • All returns must be made and will be accepted within 30 days of item being received by the customer.

  • Buyer is fully responsible for the shipping cost of the return unless stated otherwise. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. You will be refunded the purchase price minus our shipping costs as soon as item is received by us.

  • We are not liable to pay for any labor fees associated with the installation or removal of any parts we sell.

WARRANTY:

  • This used item comes with a 90 Day Warranty (Parts ONLY - NO Labor). Warranty applies to parts that arrive defective/damaged/incorrect or become defective within the warranty period.

  • Refunds are capped at the original eBay item price and do not include any labor, diagnostics, towing, or any other expense related to an item being defective/damaged/incorrect.

  • Warranty items may be exchanged for a replacement item so long as the original item is returned to us BEFORE we send a replacement item.
